Getting started

Deal Desk turns a conversation into a proposal your customer can sign. This page takes you from a new account to a signed, sealed document.

1. Set up your letterhead once

Open Company profile and fill in your company name, logo, website, brand colour, and the person who signs on your behalf. Everything you send from then on carries it — the proposal and the email that delivers it.

Add your signatory email too. Signing requests show your name and come back to that address when the customer replies.

2. Draft from what you already have

Paste call notes, a transcript, or an email thread into Draft from notes and press Draft with AI. On a phone you can press the microphone and describe the job out loud instead.

What comes back is a complete draft: scope, line items, discounts, terms, both signature blocks. Every field is editable.

tip

The messier the input the better it works. Half-sentences, crossed-out numbers and "roughly 18k for phase one" are exactly what it expects.

3. Check the required fields

Before you can export, Deal Desk checks that the customer name, the customer signatory and their email, the scope overview and your own signatory are all present. A missing field is highlighted and the section it lives in is opened for you.

4. Get it signed

In person — tap either signature line. The pad fills the screen. The signer types their name, accepts the electronic signature consent, and signs with a finger, stylus or mouse.

Remotely — press Request remote signature. The customer gets a single-use link that expires in 72 hours, and signs on their own device. If email is configured they also receive a one-time code.

5. Seal it

Press Seal & download. You get the final PDF with a Certificate of Completion on its own page recording who signed, when, from where and how they were identified — plus a verification id.

Anyone holding the file can check it at dealdesk.studio/verify/<id>. The page re-computes the file's SHA-256 in their browser and compares it with the sealed value. Any change breaks the match.
